Due to the nature of our product, Dry Ice Australia has pick up options in 2 convenient locations to ensure our customers receive their dry ice in a timely manner. 

Please Note: Dry Ice must be ordered one day prior to pick up

Here are the important steps we follow to ensure you get the most out of your dry ice order:

  • 1 Allowing you to specify the exact date and time you require your dry ice when placing your order so we can ensure packaging for you at the optimum time. We will not pack the product until right before delivery and always add extra dry ice to allow for loss of product during transportation.
  • 2 We use the highest quality insulated shipping boxes to minimise the loss of dry ice both in transit and also while you are using it.
